Butler Announces Exciting New Rides for 2008
Butler Amusements is proud to announce that it will be adding three new rides in its 2008 season.
The brand new Viper ride is the most recent spectacular ride that Butler Amusements will be bringing to the midway this year.
A colossal ride with a brilliant green snake theme will take riders on a whirlwind journey. The large arm across the entire top of the
ride tilts and spins. At each end of the giant arm are two clusters holding two part seating which spin independently as well.
The open air design allows riders to experience spectacular twirling views. The Viper seats 24 passengers and uses state of the art
shoulder bars.
You won't have to make the trek to the snowy slopes of the Swiss Alps to experience the rush of a toboggan ride. See the midway
in a blur as the Himalaya takes you on a fast, up-down-around trip faster and faster -- then backwards too! The ride is
like a toboggan trip though the Swiss mountains -- only it's more fun. The Himalaya spins at 11.5 RPM for exciting big-ride action
at a speed that thrills people of all ages. Of 22 spacious cars each car will hold 2 adults or 3 children.
The Cyclone is a thrilling ride that is enjoyed by kids, teens and families of all types. The Cyclone has 8
uniquely designed spherical passenger vessels each with a capacity of 4 persons. Each vessel includes a centrally located
steering wheel which enables the passengers to spin the cars themselves. The Cyclone lifts 7 1/2 feet into the air and tilts 20
degrees for a terrific ride sensation.

Butler Amusements Adds Excitement to its Midway in 2007
The Butler midway is going to be just a little brighter in 2007 with the addition of four new rides.
The world-class Super Shot Drop Tower is Butler Amusements' newest acquisition. Unlike any other ride on our midway,
the new Super Shot will bring a new dimension of thrills to your carnival goers. 12 passengers are loaded into each circular
passenger station. Over-the-shoulder harnesses secure patrons while they are gently lifted up the 90-foot tower. Once the passenger
station reaches the top, it is released in an accelerated freefall and riders experience G-Forces in excess of 3 1/2 times normal.
Riders are then cushioned by a magnetic braking system that stops the station before it reaches the base of the tower. The Super Shot
is an exciting spectacular addition to the Butler midway.
The Mini Tea Cup is a carnival classic! A beautifully detailed teapot centerpiece in yellow, green, red and blue is surrounded
by six teacups each with four seats. Each teacup is situated on a saucer and sits on a rotating platform and is equipped with a
steering wheel that controls the individual rotation. Parents and children can enjoy this ride together and decide how fast they
want to spin their individual teacup. This ride is sure to leave you dizzy and wanting more!
The new Jump Around is a first of its kind, fully interactive family ride that is sure to be a hit amongst kids
of all ages. The Jump Around combines dune buggy themed vehicles with a unique, patent-pending interactive bouncing motion.
Up to four children or one adult and two children can be accommodated in each vehicle for a capacity of 600 rides per hour.
The Gravitron is a favorite of thrill seekers. The ride spins at 24 RPM. The ride uses centrifugal force to float
the passengers off the floor, giving them the feeling of weightlessness. The Gravitron has a capacity of 45 people.

Giant Pole Position Spinning Roller Coaster
The Giant Pole Position Spinning Roller Coaster will be brand new to Butler Amusements this year, and will be the hot new feature ride attraction at your 2006 fair. The Pole Positions Spinning Coaster will be the Fabbri Groups first spinning coaster delivered to a North American customer. This Italian made, world class coaster is composed of three levels, with the very top measuring 55 feet high. Each of the five coaster cars are painted just like racing cars and holds four passengers. This is not an ordinary coaster. The ride will also have extra sound effects to dramatize when the car goes around a corner or gains in elevation. Riders hold on tight while the car gently climbs to the very top, after a moment of anticipation riders experience a free fall while the car itself actually spins while maneuvering along the track. A superior coaster experience!

New Rides
Butler Amusements is proud to announce four new rides arriving in August 2006.
The 46-foot-tall Chopper Hopper will thrill kids and parents together and provide a unique perspective over the midway.
Six colorful helicopters seat either two adults or 4 children. Each Chopper twists left or right, patrons decide by using the joystick inside the ride.
Choppers are hydraulically lifted high into the air for a spectacular view.
The Cobra Coaster is a tyke-size coaster with big time thrills. Geared toward children, this single level coaster travels
in a circle while patrons enjoy the ups and the downs. The Cobra Coaster has an Egyptian theme complete with two huge sarcophaguses decorating the entry to
the coaster.
The Flying Swinger, made in Italy, holds 40 passengers, boasts an extending tower and a swiveling top. Passengers are
seated and after the boom extends they swing high in the air around and around with their feet swinging freely.
The Small Carousel is exquisitely designed with its compact dimensions measuring approximately 12 feet wide. The
small merry-go-round boasts 8
detailed horses.

New Character Trash Receptacles
Our character trash receptacles are a new addition to Butler midways. They made their first appearance in the Kid Park area of the Alameda County Fair in Pleasanton, CA in 2005. Since then, patrons can not get enough of them. Each character invites cleanliness as their mouth is gaped waiting for patrons to do their part to keep the midway clean. Unit office manager Karla Kinsel remarks, " These characters are a great addition to our carnival, I have seen numerous patrons even taking photographs with them." These silly looking trash receptacles encourage and remind everyone enjoying the fair to help keep Butler Amusements, Inc. the Cleanest Show in the West!
